Have been caught in the act of trying to dig under the chicken proof fence!!! The dog wire is buried and anchored in concrete. The aviary wire keeps the smaller birds behind the fence and out of the canine jaws. But the dogs have ripped the aviary wire. They would not be able to get through the dog wire but their determination is scary. I have filled the hole with dog droppings and will fix it when it is not so hot. In the meantime I hope none of the birds decide to go for a stroll...

Now that is SCARY.
It is hard to know what to do - I guess they are a little obsessed with the whole getting to the chook thing....
