Arabella was a wonderful Mum to her first ducklings. When Wave and Smile joined the flock she gave them such a lovely greeting. Even though she doesn't speak the same duck language it was clear she was happy to see them. Hopefully next season she will hatch a brood of something pure bred. It has rained most of today and the ducks have had a wonderful time.I am off to collect some snails for them as treats.

UPDATE: I gave them some snails but they all just watched them slime off into the distance.
It wasn't til I called 'chook chook' and threw them that the birds actually ate them. ???
Oh I do love Muscovy ducks.... I have 2 myself...Banjo & Clancy:)
