SIx random things

I'm going to take up Chooks'r'us' at life in the dome tag offer, and share six random things about myself with you.

In no particular order:
*I have wanted to own a Dalmatian for more than twenty years and finally got Molly this year. She is now six months old and due to be spayed today. A sick child at home has meant that trip to the vet has been postponed.
*I started blogging partly to keep in touch with my brother who lived in Indonesia. He died in March last year in the Garuda 200 plane crash in Jogjakarta. So whenever I blog I feel that loss.
*I have lived in the Mountains for more than four years and have never caught a train.
*I had to convince my husband to move here and now he says no one could convince him to leave.
*I have had chooks for three years and have only ever eaten one of their eggs. The rest are given away to friends.
*I hate sewing but hope to get over this in order to learn to sew for my daughter. The clothes in shops for ten year olds make me think the designers have them outfitted for the local street corner!
